John Stott Landing somewhere between early Mike Oldfield, Tangerine Dream, and Klaus Schulze, this is beautifully unusual music, packed with atmosphere with a quirky concept. I'd love to hear more of this. Bravo.

Nickie Harte Kelly Based on a fictional university’s arcane music department’s long-lost recordings, this is just delightfully darkly whimsical. The epics are fantastic pieces, moving along, like much of this release, in an almost-Bosch-esque landscape. Impossible to choose a favourite, but going with Enter the Archive, Praise #1 to give an idea of what this recording is all about. Favorite track: Enter the Archive, Praise #1.

Ullstair University was a centre for esoteric further education, located above the basalt northern coast of a Parallel Ireland of 1987. Her students were free to explore the occult mysteries of people and place, without fear of the prosaic, physical violence that afflicted lower realities.

Last year, a routine asbestos survey uncovered a unique audiovisual archive preserved beneath the remains of the International Centre for Ritual Musick. The surviving pieces have now been re-recorded within the former classrooms, and the audio is presented here for the first time on high definition cassette.

Unfortunately, the original footage shot by the students remains unavailable in this version of the United Kingdom, due to an ongoing copyright dispute between astral domains.

Having followed David for a while, I must say he never ceases to intrigue, in the best possible way. It's uncanny how he has almost reinvented folk music by applying modern tropes with traditional instruments.
